Incline walking x 40 minutes. Tried to throw in some interval runs but my knees hurt from yesterdays run. BJJ Fighting fit class for an hour. Boxing tonight.

My coach, Mario Roberto, told me today that I am ready to step in. I just have to get to my weight. I guess I had great progress this month. It will take me a few months to get the weight where it needs to be, but I'm motivated to diet now.

What is your weight at? What do you plan on fighting at I'm currently 190. Going to be fighting at 155. I'll diet down the next 20lbs and then work on the final cut. Today is going to be eat junk, sleep, get up and get back on track.

So day 1 back on track wasn't a total failure. I am at work so I worked in a run in the stair tower attached to the parking ramp. The tower is 7 stories and I ended up running it 14.5 times. I had to stop at the half way point to go to a fire. Nothing much, just a bunch of little fires. Tomorrow there is no class and nothing on the schedule. Maybe I'll hit up a long run and get in some yoga?
