You have the same Oly pulling habits in your deadlift as I do. Yours isn't quite as pathetic as a result, however.

Yeah, first thing that happens is hips drift up and knees pull back some. Good for cleans, not for deadlifts. Pretty solid nonetheless, however. Good pulling.

Yesterday Bench up to 245lbs x 5 (3 sets) a bunch of accessory work AM and PM
AM Power snatch up to 84 BO Rows up to 210x5 Decline situps with dumbbells

I have been real terrible about logging in my workouts. Nothing to brag about however. Today I did something that I am not proud of. My back was tired and I wanted to get a quick workout in so I caved to the crossfitters demands and tried there "base workout" 500M concept 2 rower 40 BW squats 30 situps 20 push ups 10 pull ups 5 burpees. 5:30 They said that anything under 6 is respectable and I did WAY better than they thought I would have. Suck it CF lol. Then this gal who works there told me about keeping a journal. They sort of talk to me like I have never worked out. I get where they are coming from cause you should treat new comers to any gym as if they are new to everything and get the info as it comes. Tomorrow is another day of events and hopefully Jared will call me back one day.
