Very sore when I got up in the morning. But, I went in with a good attitude and that helped a lot. The numbers werent as good as last week due to the week of training. On a related note: I didnt wear a belt until event day.

I bet.. that is a grueling week. Be careful- yoke walks that maximal can really wreck your back for a while.. just be smart about it.

I've opted out of MN state. It just wasnt right for me for right now. I'm just focusing on doing my best at Waseca and maybe quad cities. After going to the field and then a PT test Ive had to get ready for this week MN state just isnt fitting in.
