ic. when the weights get heavier is that what you do is push press, or do you power jerk?

Depends how I'm feeling. With fresh legs I can split jerk. But if I'm tired it's a log or axle I'll end up push pressing.

I talked to Jared today on facebook and he asked me if weighed 211 now. It really struck me as odd to just randomly guess 211 for someones weight. I took a shower (cause talking to Jared makes me feel dirty) and after I weighed myself...

hahhaa! that is great. I am just amazing. Isn't that creepy? No... I have muscle snatched 130kg before, but not capable of that right now after the weight loss. That was within the same month of my highest ever front squat and highest push press. Looks like you had a solid day today though, very productive. Way to stay motivated! That 2nd workout has to be tough every time

12 July 2009 Max Axle: 270 after 5 near misses. But its a PR so Ill take it. 650 yoke x 60ft Stones up to 280 in a series. i couldnt get the 330. I suck at stones. I should do nothing but stones and farmers for 3 months.

Looks like a good day overall. That is a big jump from 280-330. I had hit 275x12 in a row very fast and easy, yet could not load a 330 in a series at Teen Nats last summer... I know you have loaded 330 for a few singles, but I am just saying.

Have you been doing some keg pressing? What are some #'s you have been hitting in that? I haven't done it but need to- just thought I'd see what you have been hitting if you have been doing it, or what your PR is. I know you guys have that loadable keg at Travis's place..

Keg presses tear up my shoulders and suck. I don't do them much. But, every year after Waseca I say "we should do a lot more keg pressing." Maybe I will stick to the plan one day
