Nah, I took a few minutes to catch my breath. Maybe 2. Then it was about 10 minutes for the lactic acid to leave. After about 20 minutes I felt just fine. Axle clean and press up to 270 320 stone over bar strict press 200x3

Thanks. I won't be comfortable with my stones until I can get the 320 for 5 reps. Once that comes than I feel more ready for the next level.

I don't need your stupid stone anyways. I am well on the way to hitting the 320 for 5. after that I have a 355 waiting for me
Weights will be in pounds now because the new gym is in America Front squat up to 390lbs Back squat up to 365x3 225x20

hahaha I am just kidding with ya. We are built very similar and it took me forever before I Was able to load a big stone for multiple reps.

Told you we shouldn't have shared that water.
Crossfitters peer pressured me into another workout with them. I don't mind doing these on days I don't feel like lifting heavy
3 rounds 185lbs power clean x 10/10 burpees. 4:40
