who knows? I did some near max work a week ago and it was around 260-270. Same place as my axle. Power snatch up to 185lbs Power cleans up to 246lbs
Today: Run (1) 8 minute mile
I have been doing a TON of yard work lately and it is exhausting. But hey, the house looks nice

No shit. In addition to my running yesterday power cleans and power jerk up to 255 front squat up to 315x2 muay thai x 1 hour trying to work or defend in the clinch is a ton of work. I was dying for air within 1:30. Then high kicks...shhhheeeeeetttttt

15 minute run 1.5 hours of wrestling and grappling. I "Rampage" slammed a guy when he had me in a triangle...twice. Not hard though. But I got caught in a number of arm bars and now my right arm hurts and I am really hungry. BW 205

King! Say it ain't so. You have so much potential as a 200lb Strongman. I know you love MMA, but Strongman is your sport. Be a fan of MMA and compete in Strongman. Commit to it.
