so i decided to torture my legs today:
Bulgarian Squats (Single leg squats w/back leg on box) - 4x10 Squats - 5x10 Walking Lunges - 4 sets of 55 yards (roughly 40 lunges each) 10 down - dips and pushups (feet on box) (10-10, 9-9, 8-8, etc) Deadlifts - 4x10 Bent over Rows - 4x8 core

P. sn/hang - 40 3x1x3 (1 pull, 3 pwrs), 45 4x1x3, 50 5x1x3 f. sq - 50 5x5 bench - 90 3x10 sn d.lift - 50 2x5, 70 2x5, 90 5x5 SL sq (right only) - 4x10 core work

felt pretty good friday. my knee is starting to come around. I know that it was only 50kg that i was snatchin, but i gotta start somewhere right? i felt fast and my technique felt solid, yes its only 50, but for not doing any oly lifts for so long i figured my technique would be a little rough, i guess i was wrong, haha

sorry i havent been posting. Just been busy, and my numbers arent really good enough to post.
Just to update on what's going on; my knee is about 80% for the most part, some days it better or worst. I havent been doing any Oly lifts, pry been almost 2 months since i've done one. They just aggravate my knee too much. however, i am goin to start working them in on my off day, little by little.
Just to give ya a few numbers that i have done since starting this program, i'm on week 4:
Bench 113kg x8 squat 120kg x 8, 130 x6 front sq 100 x8, (do it again tomor, maybe 120 for 6) deadlift 160 x8, (once again do it tomor, 180ish x6)
I'll try to start posting again, and quit being a stranger.
Keep pushing (or pulling) iron peeps!!!!

i ended up not lifting friday bc i thought i was coming down with something. so i got a lot of rest last night, and went into the gym early this morning and did work. Ended up hitting 117x6 front squat, 180x6 deadlift, and did a bunch of other random things. the 117 was hard, but i think i coulda at least done 120 if not a little more. as for the Deadlifts, that was about all she wrote, haha.
all in all, feels good to be lifting some decent numbers again. And the best part is, they're only going to get better!
