im alive everyone, no worries, haha.
Just wanted to give everyone a little update on how my recovery is goin from surgery.
surgery went well, im a little over 4 wks out. this last week i started doing some leg presses, dbl and single leg. PT told me that he didnt think i was goin to be able to start that til late next wk or even the following week, but i was walking on it so well, they got me rolling early. also, he said that i might be able to start doin plyos and jumping a little at the end of this coming week. thats like 3ish weeks sooner than they thought. so im pretty happy with how things are rolling right now.
b4 u know it, i'll be back, tearing up the platform. and look out, i may be....actually i will be pumping up to 85 class. im lookin to get up to 190 lbs. YEA BUDDY!

im still pretty light, 79-80 kg range. but once i can start squatting and whatnot again, it should shoot up. I'm just thinking i'll be able to stay a little healthier at 85, IMO

well well this upper body thing is getting old, haha. however, it does feel good to be in the gym bustin my butt again, even thou I'm limited to what i can do.
So, today i started a 4 week bench routine, doesnt seem like too much, or too bad, but it will be a good starter to get back in the swing of things and then i can progress to a longer, more advanced routine. lookin forward to get a 350+ bench in the near future.
Also, i found a new love....kipping pull-ups, they suck, but boy are they FUN! did sets of 20 today like they were nothing!
Little updater on the knee, ROM is getting there, almost to full flexion. still a little stiff and sore where the incisions were, just need that scar tissue to break up and i should be sitting prettier than J-Rod's mullet, haha, couldnt resist. It sounds like i should be able to start doin some light full squats this week. I CANT WAIT!!!
ok that is all for now. I hope everyone is ready for this transformation. im gonna be a whole new weightlifter......bigger, badder, stronger, and more determined! this change may take some time, but it's gonna be worth it! the only question is, are u ready?? I AM!

Whoa, we got a bodybuilder on our hands. You will never be prettier than what my mullet has to offer. Don't you ever bring that garbage into my house again! haha. Stay focused my man, you're on the right track.

HELLO EVERYBODY!! unfortunately I'm still focusing on upper body mainly, but I have been able to start doing some box squats, not oly style yet, and I've been doing some pistol squats on my "repaired" knee. there's actually a quad starting to pop out again, haha (thankfully!).
I'm itching more and more to get back in the gym and throw some big weight over my head again.
