Thats a pretty good 2 weeks worth of work. Especially considering your current physical state and just starting on the program again. Taking ur current shape into consideration those aren't bad numbers at all!

No thanks J-Man, i'm good at the moment, I havent been taking it for a few wks now. I've just been drinking Jungle Juice. Thanks thou, I'll let ya know if i need some protein, which should be here soon.

Thanks Garrett and J-Rod, considering how my knee is doing, I'll take those numbers, and the way they are feeling currently.
Also, I have an MRI tomor morning at 11:00. I have my appointment yesterday, and from that it sounds like i might have to get the knee scoped or get lubrication shots. i'll know more after the MRI is taken. Also, either thurs or fri, i'm suppose to go in and get a cortisone shot to help with the swelling and pain until i know what needs to be done.
Either way, it sucks, yet I'm glad that I'm getting it figured out so i can get back on a strong path to hit some big PR's!!!!

That's all i had time for today, and my body was struggling today. My knee wanted nothing to do with bending and i seemed to ache everywhere, idk if i'm coming down with a cold or what bc this is what usually happens b4 i get sick, body, especially my joints, ache. oh well i fought through and made the best of today's session.
PS - MRI tomorrow, another day closer to a healthier knee, haha
