p. sn - up to 70 5x3 (1 floor, 2 hang) (pulls felt like butta today) come on man it's 70kg, it should feel like "butta"clean pull - up to 130 5x3 (nipple high, haha, no joke) I don't agree with those style of clean pulls...reason being your upper body comes back down AT and TO the bar... You never want to wait that long to go under the bar. ever. as soon as it hits you go under, pulling it that high is completely useless, and it's not actually nipple high, it's pry above belly button but upper body coming back to the bar. I've seen that style and think its the dumbest pull eversplit sq - up to 70 5x3x3 (yep still hate split squats, haha) hyper ext - 6x8 (explosive style) abs

I need some vid of a higher wt man. 70 just doesnt do it any justice, everything changes when u get about 60% of ur max man. I'm not being a jerk haha. I'm just saying I need heavier cuz the problems actually come out.

yea i know that it's not even 70% of my current max. I wish I could go heavy, but as soon as I do my knee says FUCK YOU and there goes everything. Bad attitude, pry, but I guess im doin what i can at the moment til i know more and can get it in decent shape again.
I pry shouldnt get too pumped bout p. sn at 70 feeling good, bc ya they are light and should feel like butta. I mean fuck, its only like 75% of my max. But i guess i was just really focusing on tech. that day bc its been feeling like horse shit, especially my first pull. whatever
and yes, nipple high is pry a bad way to define the height and yes, those pulls are unrealistic. They dont simulate an actual clean. but the pulls are the only thing that i could heavy on when it comes to cleans and snatches earlier this wk bc of my knee.
I know u're not bashing me or anything like that, u're just being honest, which i understand completely and i need. No hard feelings taken. U're still my bro no matter what.
All in all, my knee is fucking with me, not only physically but mentally as well. I wish i could say im using it as an excuse, but the truth is, i'm not. It's just fuckin with me that bad. some days it feels good, other days terrible. It's like a pretty girl gets ur hopes up and BOOM shoots ya down like a lil bitch, haha
