Simon - thanks buddy! I'm making the best of what I can do at the moment, strength training is strength training when u're injured. J-Rod - monstrous bench....outta me??? haha, will do, I'm actually way surprised what I've done, considering I havent legitimately touched a bench in a long time, just gotta develop those neuro pathways, and it'll be up there! Garrett - PISS OFF!!!!! haha jk. bodybuilders are cool! why wouldnt ya want huge muscles that may not be function? why would u ever want small/medium strong, functional muscles?? its a mystery only Sherlock Holmes can solve

thanks Lucy! I know they do, just giving Garrett some crap back. I have nothing wrong with em, they are just on the opposite end of the spectrum of weightlifting

Lifting is lifting, strong is strong. If I had your knees issues I'd be doing so many push presses (if I could), shoulder presses, bench presses x a million, curls, delt work- absolutely everything I could possibly do. It's a great opportunity to make your upper body stability NEVER an issue again.
you have an opportunity to build such a foundation with your upper body that it could last you for your next 8 years of 0 lifting....That's how you have to view it.
Yes, this is a serious post.

never true J-Man and thats the mentality that I'm at. yes it sucks, but yet I...ME....MYSELF can only make the best of it and do what I can to better myself for the future of my Oly lifting career!
