What up everyone! Just wanted to start off by saying this is an awesome idea. Keep up the hard work everyone!
Friday (4.23.2010) * Snatch: bar 2x3, 50x3, 60x3, 70x2, 80x1, 85x1, 90x1, 95x1, 98(missed 3 times), dropped down to 70; 70x1, 80x1, 85x1, 90x1, 95(miss), 95x1 * C&J: bar 2x3, 60x3, 80x3, 100x3, 110x2, 120x1, 130x1, dropped to 120 for 3 sets of one clean, one front squat, 2 jerks * Clean Pulls (box): 100x3, 120x3, 130x3, 140x3, 145x3, 150 5x3
Felt really motivated and excited to lift today. I was hoping to hit some higher numbers in the snatch, but still fine tuning technique. Drop sets for c&j were rough, 3 sets of 1 clean, 1 front squat and 2 jerks @ 120. It was an ass kicker! haha

Was able to work out today (4/26) had a long day working on a paper/project for school plus I had to work. I'm currently still up, it's 1:20 am on tues....sweet life working on this paper/project. needed a break so i thought i'd post a lil something. not sure if I'll be able to get a training session in today b/c i'll still be working on this crap. Looking forward to putting a good training session together on Wed though, I'm itching to get back in the training room and toss some weight around. I might do a lil recovery bike ride when I go to work in a couple hours at 5:00 am. Pry have to to stay awake. Keep it real! "this is Ron Burgundy, with channel 4 news, stay classy weightlifterians"

Snatch: Bar 2x5, 40 kg 2x3 (power, half, full), 50 kg 1x3 (P, H, F), 60 1x3 (P, 2xF), 70 1x2, 80 1x1, 85 1x1, 80 kg 10x2 (snatch pull, 2 full snatch)
called that good for today. it was my first day back in the gym since last friday. Hips were very tight and i struggled to loosen them up. Got to a point where the abductors became too sore to continue. Hoping for a better day tomor.

Thurs 4/29:
Muscle snatch - up to 68 kg 5x3 Snatch Pull (one motion) - up to 75 5x3 Drop snatch - up to 80 3x3 Squat - up to 160 5x3 Side Bends - 50 5x10
felt better today, got plenty of sleep and im sure playing 2.5 hrs of ping pong b4 training, got my shit worked by Travis and Jared. Hips felt a little better, still sore and tight but felt good enough where they didnt bother me too badly. Shooting for a good day tomor, we're going heavy!!!! Gotta love heavy days...YEAH BUDDY!!

Thanks guys! Yea I'd like to go for the Nationals qualifying total, but I had a lil issue with my hips today, I dont know what the deal is. It's starting to get really frustrating thou, can I ever be healthy or not have something bugging me...pry not...haha
Sat 5/1:
Front Squat - up to 150 3x3 (shooting for 5x3, but hips started hurting pretty badly) Seated Muscle Snatch - up to 40 kg 5x3 Rowing 5x3 Core work
tried a lil suction cup therapy on the outer part of the hips, feel a lil better, hope they keep improving thou.
