Sunday 5/16: (3:30 pm)
Snatch - up to 90x1, 90x0, 90 3x1 (wanted to hit 3 solid singles in a row) P. Clean - up to 115 3x1 Back Squat - max out, up to 190x1, 195x0, drop sets - 160 10x2
Took the last two days off, fri and sat, needed a little recovery from the meet and schedule didnt quite work out to get a solid training session in. Felt great to get back in the gym and throw some weight around, well needed session.
Goals for Thurday June 3rd: Snatch 106 C&J 145 Total 251!!

Evening: Snatch - up to 98x1, 100x1, 102x1, 104x1, 106 6x0 (no misses up to 104) C&J - up to 120x1, 125 4x0, 1x1, 130x0

haha i know right, somethings clicking, and i'm loving it. New day tomor tho, PR's from today are old PR's, which means new ones are there to be achieved! The past is the past the present is now, learn and improve from old PR's!

Impressive Moss. I can't help but think you should have been training this way before your attempt to qualify for nationals, but that is neither here nor there. I aplaud your recent training.
