yeah, just trying to learn from yesterday. Today: C&J- worked up to 116x1x4(PR is 120) It felt pretty good, except I had a "soft" elbow on atleast one of them. I need to lock out and stay locked out front squat- ...135x3x2 - I stopped because my shoulder would hurt after every set. Not during, but after the lift.

Yesterday: squat- worked up to 400x1x4, then figured it didn't feel to heavy and did 400x2.5(felt like I could have gotten 3 without help, but my spotter helped get the 3rd up) push press- worked up to 205x3, 205x2 t-bar shrugs- ... i believe 275x8,x10,x10

Long workout today- about 3 hours snatch-... 90x1, 95x1, 98x0x3, 80x0, 60x2, 70x1, 80x1, 90x1 C&J- 110x1, 115x1, 120x1, 123x0x3, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 118x1x3, 120x0, 120x1, 125x0x3, 125x1!!(slight press out on left elbow), 110x1 snatch pull- ...100x3x3
-Not a bad day for having a sinus infection

push press- up to about 90kgx2,x3 (shoulder started hurting) squat- up to 425#x1x3 jerk dips- about 150kgx3x3

Well, I have had a sinus infection for several days that I have been pushing through, but now I'm getting a chest cold and it's not fun. I'll have to see how it's doing this afternoon if I should push through it or rest.
p.s. robitusin sucks ass. -positives: stops your cough for a while -negatives: i couldn't sleep, I'm way out of it, I feel on edge, have a headache, and stomach is churning

Oof that sucks, dude. I'm getting sick too. Yesterday I figured the gym would either cure it or make it worse, and it seems to have made it worse. I think squatting isn't too bad with the cold, but anything where you have to get your head down low really sucks. Get better soon!

Thanks Vince. that's exactly what I was thinking Jared.
It's gotten worse- chest cold and stomach hurts. I haven't been able to eat much the last 1-1.5 days. I tried lifting this morning and did a few medium snatch pulls and was drained after them. Gonna try napping today, see how I feel tomorrow and at very least hope I'm better by Monday.

tried lifting today: clean- up to 185# (shoulder hurt so i stopped) squat- up to 365x4 (shoulder hurt and stopped)
extremely frustrating day! I'm ready for collegiate nats to be done and actually let my shoulder get the rest it needs
