Thanks Vince. I was pretty frustrated when i wrote that. I am definitely looking forward to collegiate nats. I just meant I'm getting frustrated with my shoulder and can't wait until I will be able to do something about it.

Shoulder didn't feel too bad. Hurt enough I did less volume than I probably normally would have, but not too bad.

Thanks Jared. Today: snatch- 63x2, 67x2x4 C&J- 85x2x3,80x2x2 clean pull- 80x3x3 squat- 160x2x5 abs
Headed out for collegiates tomorrow! Looked at the webpage I'm ranked last out of the 13 competing lol. had a qualifying total of 213 with 93/120. I'm going for 100/128 on saturday!
Shoulder has been getting a little better

yesterday: squat- ...160x2x5 rdl-...160x3x4 push press-...70kgx3x5 jerk dip- 130x3x5 abs
Went pretty light especially on the overhead. still was recovering a bit. Trying to keep working my shoulder, but making sure not to hurt it again

Today: snatch- ...80x1, 87x1, 92x0,x1,x1,x0,x1,x1 C&J- ...90x1, 105x1, 115x1x4 abs
My snatch has really been taking off. I'm pretty happy with today's workout. I'll be even happier when I go 6 for 6 at that high percent.
C&J was feeling pretty good. 115 seemed relatively light, but I'm still having problems & working on my lockout. I just need to make sure to not have a soft elbow
-shoulder was hurting a little bit. Not near enough to worry too much about it too much, but I made sure to stop my overheads before it hurt too much

-My pr front squat is 365. I def could have gotten heavier, but didn't want to max out and wasn't planning on going quite that heavy

thanks Jared: I have been. I do some for about 5 min or so before I lift and stretch it after.
It really hasn't necessary been hurting too much lately, but it's been pretty stiff. Guessing this means it's scarring over andhealing... Just need to make sure it keeps healing
