9-8 warm up snatch-5,70,80,90kgx3x3 power cleans- 50,90,110,120kgx3x3 back squats- 135x5,225x5,315x5,365x3x3 rev. hyper- 3x12, lat pulls 3x12, pullups 3x10, glute ham x10 1 mile run, face pulls
9-9 "Bluff run"
1 Mile to bottom of bluff, 3 miles straight up bluff, 3 miles back down, 1 mile back to gym. stretching. dead.
It's my bday today... I had 5 hours of class, 4 hours of meetings, that workout, and about a million errands I need to run. whew.

Man I always hated the Bluff run...stupid bluff. Who puts a bluff in the middle of the Coulee Region???

haha yeah it was brutal to say the least. that combined with the fact I literally haven't ran over a mile since high school wrestling over 2.5 years ago- you can imagine how it went.
9-10 630am close grip bench- 135x10,225x10,315x8 db bench- 100'sx2x8 curls 3x12, upright rows 3x12, rev hypers 3x12 dec abs, tri ext, rode bike
4pm 2 hours wrestling
bw is below 220 after workouts

awesome job on the CGB bro.most guys can't hit 315 for 8 with a normal grip,let alone close grip.

thanks guys. yes, very light. although after wrestling on friday I was 219. It will take a while before I make 197, definitely not at the start of season that's for sure.
