Remember to keep cutting slowly and rehydrate completely after a day like yesterday. Looks like you will be close to your wrestling weight sooner than you thought anyway.

ps- vince... it's not by my choice. I would still be 217 right now if I could be. I have to make 197 and be hydrated within 2 weeks of oct. 6. They want me to do it within a week of oct. 6, with 2 weeks being if its a severe case... being hydrated really is what makes it tough.
Believe me... It's tough to just throw away muscle. When you lose it this fast it's not all fat. You hold onto a lot of fat and lose the muscle because the fat is what my body keeps stored for energy (like a survival technique). Once I make it I can try to gain the muscle back and lose the fat- but it is just frustrating I Have to do it so fast, my body wants and needs a rest from cutting weight

There is not a 220 weight class. It goes from 197 to 285 for college wrestling. I agree- I will feel like complete dog crap when I make it. That is why I didn't want to do it so soon and sacrifice so much muscle. but, the sooner I do it the longer I have to adjust to it and try to gain some of the muscle back. It's not really a matter of not being able to(because I have to), its moreso a matter of "when." Which is soon... very soon.

i didn't know there wasn't a 220 weight class.sorry bro.i hope you can make 197 in the time they are giving you to do it.good luck with cutting the rest of the weight man.maybe your body will adjust to the drastic change in weight sooner than you think.
