The thing that I'm so impressed with regarding your workouts lately is (I imagine) you are eating like a bird, but you still muster the energy to put all of this work in. That's very impressive as it seems like not a lot of fun, but worthwhile because you have a goal in mind. Great job.

Thanks v man. Pretty much the whole town was snowed in for a few days haha so no other option really unless ya have a 4 wheel drive truck.
Thanks. This week its been pretty easy because I have no other obligations without school going on. When school starts is when it becomes a bit more challenging, but more structured of course.

7-9pm Wrestling Practice 12m Ice Bath
BW was 197 after morning workout. Trying to keep well hydrated, I was 197.5 after the last workout. The workouts are grueling since I am so out of wrestling shape coming in- it has been extremely rough, but, I know it can only get easier because I won't be in this bad of wrestling shape ever again. That's what gaining 100lbs., then losing 100lbs. will do to ya.

awesome workout bro.looked like fun.i've never trained with the kettlebells,but the guys in Ames/Des Moines use them and say that they are awesome.
