BW prior to morning workout was 215. holy crap.

11-27 8-10am Wrestling Practice
515pm warmup extensive bb complex snatches- tons of sets, up to 10x3 axle clean and press(1 clean 2 presses)- 5x5 total(so 5 cleans, 10 presses each set), as fast as possible pullups.chinups- 4xmax decline situps, ab wheel, swiss ball back ext pry a few other things I forgot
This was yesterday's workouts.. had a good day.

11-28 7pm warmup bb complex x2, shadow wrestling bench- bar,135x12,185x12,205x12,225x12 db bench- 55'sx2x15 curls- 5x15, tri ext 5x15 decline abs 3-Way Shoulders- 2x15
Circuit style workout. While the weights aren't impressive- the pace was very fast and it was very hard to finish.

haha I have been purposely avoiding to post it. It's just "heavy." I am going to try to get it back down to 210 by the end of this week, some very good training planned in the days ahead here.
It was 220 when I got back this morning.

I kept it a bit lighter today, but kept my pace very high. It took me forever to warm up from all the driving I have been doing lately(not much moving, so I am very sore from the weekend). Low back is still very sore, and hammies/ IT bands are very knotted up. Need to get lots of rest tonight and get ready for the training the next few weeks!

The axle clean and press was tough. Regular cleans(not continental), grip was on fire and I was pretty shot after that.

thanks v man. I felt good for pry 8 on the 190kg set, but, i remember after doing 190x2 a few weeks back that I was sore for like 4 days(whole back), so I figured I'd take a smart approach to it and work my way up, and get the rep work in on the way down. all my reps are dead stop on deadlifts- I love Misha so much I guess I try to DL exactly like him haha. Seems weird cause we are built so differently but that is the only way I have ever felt comfortable deadlifting. Got a big day planned tomorrow- time to get some rest.

Going to take it easy for a few days, pry just workout once a day... Seemed to have strained my groin just a bit, it's an awkward kind of pain. Pry just do some upper body stuff(haha notice I almost never do it, whereas I used to do tons of it in high school), definitely need to start doing it some more.
Flo Rida vs. Bama today... Flo Rida better win. I also have a huge project to present on wed that I need to start on, so I'll try to balance my time and still get lots of good workouts in to start next week.
My body actually feels really fresh and recovered today. A consistent sleep pattern does wonders for recovery.

645pm Circuit consisting of: Bench Press- x50 BB Curls- x15 Upright Rows- x10 BTN Shoulder press- x10 Close Grip Bench- x20
Repeated this circuit 3 times... Absolutely drained after this, only lasted about 15-20 minutes but man is my upper body tired. phew, great workout.

So much for only training once today, just had the itch to go and get a lift in because I still felt pretty fresh. Confidence is growing all the time, bodyweight is starting to get down to a respectable weight as well- doing it the right way this time.
Although things didn't go as planned here in La Crosse and I am transferring out at semester... I feel as far as wrestling goes it may be a blessing in disguise. It is giving me the time I need to let my elbow heel as well as get my body adapted to the lower bodweight. Each day I feel stronger and more confident that I am adjusting to the lower bodyweight(feeling quicker and more athletic). Although I haven't been wrestling- I Still feel it may a good thing for my elbow and for me to get my weight down the correct way this time. That could do wonders for me late into the wrestling season(cutting the right way).
