Well Mathison and Klavetter I've finally started an account and I might back log my training from yesterday or just start today.
Are there any good sites out there for tracking your nutrition?

My workouts have been more intense lately and I've lost about 15 pounds in the last two months... which isn't necessarily bad but... I know my nutrition isn't where it should be either... don't wanna lose strength.

haha sweet name for the journal. What is a KB Swing walk? regular 2handed swing but, when the bell swings back up you take a step forward with each foot. good exercise.
