Hello everyone.... I'm back from a 3 month stint of little to no exercise... meaning about 9 workouts in those 3 months... I'm taking a different approach to my fitness so here it is:
5 MINUTE ROW FOR WARMUP BURPEES X 25 KETTLE BELL SQUAT PRESS X 25 KETTLE BELL SWING X 25 BALL HIGH TOSS X 25... pick a high point on the wall about 9 feet and hit it every time TIRE FLIPS X 25
These aren't strict sets... for example my first set of burpees I could only do 10 and so on... I know I'm a huge vagina but it's been a while!!

That looks like some crossfit stuff! Have you ever thought about doing that? Good to hear you're back at it.

Yup that's what I'm starting to work on... we did a lot of this stuff for morning pt in the Marines... My goal is to be in the same type of physical shape as before... tried the strength training it is great and awesome but I don't like being that heavy.

I hear ya man, I've been on that end of the spectrum as well. Jsut take it 1 day at a time, set small goals and you'll be there before you know it.

Very good stuff.. I bet those longes and squats really tore you up. I know high rep lunges (especially if you haven't done them in a while) can tear you up in spots around the groin area that you never thought could get that sore haha.

*Yeah for sure it was a real 'pain in the ass' for about 3 days... My hamstrings were the worst but that's what I'm working on... I'm really quad dominant and it shows in the power lifts.
Monday~ 2 ROUNDS DEADLIFT-185@15 PUSH UP TO PLANK - 15 PULL UP - 15 (I WAS KIPPING A LOT) KB CROSS BODY SNATCH - 15
Was meant to be 3 rounds but since it's only week 2 I'm working into it... had a wake up call from my last WOD
