Ya that's right Chris... mostly upright... leaned back a little. I lifted on Wed but didnt feel like recording it... laziness is epidemic and Carrot top got ripped in 3 weeks.

that circuit is always brutal for the first 2-3 weeks, usually takes some time for me to adjust to.

Yeah that's it King... It was tough but I've had worse, we shall see what next week brings... estimated PR is 550...

550 is what you want to hit when you're done with the 12 weeks or that is what you currently are at?

That's what I'm going for... my current PR was 525... do you think that is too small of an increase? I just don't want to set the bar to high

Is this your first time doing the routine? I would say 25lbs. is a very promising increase. 10-15lbs. is pry just wasting your time and 40-50 can be over ambitious for some. I would say 25 is a safe increase. I think I did 30 for my 2nd one and ended up hitting about 45-50 higher than my prev. PR.
I'd say it is just right.
