Yup. This week just golf and gambling. No lifting. Sunday 2 August 2009 12" log 200, 220, 240, 260 Yoke x 56ft: 500, 600 Yoke picks: 850, 940 No more lifting. seriously. I am moody and I can tell everything is getting out of whack. I need to get it more in whack

Im more happy about the yoke picks. I want to try to walk maybe 5 feet with 900+ and see how long until I can go a full 50ft with it.

that is also very impressive... that will definitely tear up your back so be careful with that. What is the heaviest you have ever walked with?

dang. 5 feet with 900 would be a feat. I'd focus on something lighter(still about 720) first though, or else you may wreck your back for a while for not being used to it. I know my back takes forever to recover from a heavy yoke walk, even though I always think it "feels" fine.
