Power clean and jerk- 60,80, 90, 95, 100, 104 x clean only, 104x pressed out the jerk Clean high pulls - 110x3x3 Back squats - to 140x2

Overhead squats - up to 78x1 (pr). Paltry increase, but I jammed up my right wrist the other night, so I was happy to make that weight. Just wanted some progress. Power snatch - up to 75x2x1 (these felt easy tonight) Snatch high pulls - 90x4x3

1/29:
C&J - to 100 Cleans - to 108 Cleans pulls - 120x4x3 Barbell curls - 40x3x8 Skull crushers - 40x3x6
(I've been doing pulls because I clean such little weight that I don't maintain my pulling power by just doing cleans/snatches.)

No, I'm still lifting. Sorry for the late response.
Yesterday: C & J - 102 Front squats - 120 Weighted decline sit-ups
Been working through a wrist/thumb injury that doesn't get much worse, but doesn't get better either.

Understood. Having push pressed 116 at 77 a few years back, there should be no reason not C & J 110 fairly soon.

P Snatch - to 75 Snatch pulls - 90x3x3 Lying rows - 70x2x8 Barbell curls - 40x3x8 Cable press downs - 70lbs, 80lbs, 90lbs x 8 each

Cleans up to 110x1 (PR), 112x0 A couple push presses Back squats (130x3)
