There is ONE thing that has me confused. And if the truth will hurt me then please lie. But how come you join USA like the day I leave to move across the country? Why not join maybe the entire year I weightlifted at usa? !!!!!!!!!!! Well I usually didn't lift there when I was trying to do big weights lol. But you have some explaining to do... and please lie if the truth hurts

What Moss said.
Haha. I thought of that same thing the other day. Sometimes I just need my ass kicked - it's really about as simple as that. I wasted a lot of time.

1/13:
Overhead squats - up to 75x1 (PR) Hang squat snatch - up to 55x1 (I would like to say I was just "drilling technique", but this was also a PR) I'm just starting obviously.

I know how much you feel doing a few sets of hamstrings benefits you. I may suggest playing with the GHR now that you're training at USA. It works the whole posterior chain, and hamstrings much more fully. Versus a leg curl which works mostly the muscle belly. I know you didn't like them the day you tried them at my place, but I have been getting good results in my hamstring strength from them, so just a little recomendation.

Yeah the little deviation into working the hamstrings and biceps was to see if I could help my sore left knee and sore left shoulder. I need to try the GHR again though. I appreciate the advice.
1/20: Overhead squats - up to 77x1 (PR) Full snatch (1st time in years!) - "up" to 55 for 5 singles with misses as well
Wow, am I still unflexible. I've made pretty good strides but hve a long way to go. Learning weightlifting has been a really interesting experience so far.

1/22:
Cleans - 70x4x1, 90x2x1, 96x1, 101x1, 106x1 (PR) Back squats - up to 140x2, 145x1 Cable triceps pressdowns - 80x4x8 Dumbell skull crushers - 35sx2x6 each arm
Knee felt fine after back squats, will probably have to be a mostly back squatter.

Holy PR!
You're going to have to rename your log to PR City. Some other options are Captain PR Knock, knock. Who's there? PR! Who's Vince hanging out with? Oh, that's just his bitch PR. Your momma's so hot, she Vince's PR.

Yeah, I know. Probly a little annoying when the numbers are so low. Just haven't done these lifts much in the past, so I was starting from very little. Wish I would've done them though.
By the way, if anyone thinks I am trying to qualify for weightlifting nats, that is not what the title of the log means.
