Thanks...no i have not been training with anyone....quinn every now and then but other than that no because i golf and most people are not in there after that

Ryno, still been training hard? how often you been wrestling? how often have you been doing plyos/sprints? SAQ going on?

Yeah i have been training hard on some days but i have been working alot to pay off my ticket so have not really had much time.....have not wrestled at all for a while......and every now and then i do sprints but thats it.....no SAQ going on i dont even think they are gonna do it this year because we dont have a track team.
