4/6 Power Cleans- 115x3, 135x3, 145x1, 135x5 twice, just working on form...that is my biggest thing Squats135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 195x4 (first time got 1 and then fell back but tried it again and got it 3 times) Chest workout Core Workout
