4/30 Today did close grip bench 3x10 (80 lbs), db decline bench 3x8 (30 lb db's), db bench 3x10 (30 lb db's), behind the head tri's w/db 3x10 (25 lbs), tricep pushdowns 3x10, "V" ups.

5/19 Yesterday i did bench 3x12 (90lbs), Incline bench 3x8 (85), DB bench 3x12 (25), pullups 2xmax, flies 3x12, Tricep and Rope extension super set 3x12, push ups 2xmax, Vups 3x25

5/19 Today i did power cleans 5 sets of 3 (105), squats 3x10 (115), hip sled 3x12 (140), leg extension 3x10, DB Bicep Culrs 3x12 (25), rope bicep curls 3x10

ryan, i'm probably gonna need someone to work out with this summer... we'll be doing different weights and maybe excercises even too, but hell- be good to have someone in there together working out with, encouraging each other... what times work for you this summer? would like 5:30 be alright?

Yeah I lift with joel though to and that is at like around 4 but i am sure we could figure something out

He lives right by monty schany...Hangs out with Josh Jacobson, etc.. He's a great guy- he's "alde" on the forum- he has a training log on here too.
