3/24 Power Cleans- 95x8, 115x6, 135x4, tried 145x2 but did not get, 95x10 Squats- 95x10, 115x8, 135x6, 155x4, 175x3, 95x10 Pull Ups- 1st set/5, 2nd set/4 Lat Pull Downs- 160 2x8 Rows sprints

I will be sending you a program very soon, great work today though.
Guys, Ryan is about 6"1 tall and 145 pounds, and squats VERY very deep, it's a very legitimate squat for someone his weight.

Yes, he is a junior in high school (from my hometown). Wrestles and plays football. They are listed in pounds. He can give more of an introduction of himself but just thought I'd answer the questions haha.
I have been helping him for a little while trying to learn how to lift correctly and whatnot. He is catching on very fast and is getting stronger everyday!

he is also a very hard worker.
For example: last monday I Had him squat up to 155x4 (Tried 5 but failed).
2 days later he hit 155x5x5, and 1 day after that hit 175, now this week he squatted 175x3 already. I told him he needed to stop having his mind limit him and it showed when he did 20 more reps with a weight he had failed with just 2 days earlier! (squatting). Very very deep squat.

Power Cleans- 105x8, 125x6, 135x4, again tried 145x2 but did not get....think i need to work on my form a little bit, and 115x8 twice Front Squats- 95x10, 115x6, 125x4, 135x2, 95x8, 95x8 concentration curls- 30lb. dbx8 twice Preacher Curls-60x10 twice over the head tris- 40lb. dbx8 3sets V ups and crunchs
really sore today!!!!

yeah thanx really excited about today haha....yeah me quinn and mitch lifted today but then mitchs head started hurting pretty bad so he stopped but other than that we have been lifting together

3/30 Push Press- 95x5, 115x5, 135x1, 105x5 twice Squats115x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 185x4 just seeing what i can get haha(didnt know that much) Arnold press 40lb. DB 3 way shoulders clean and press with DB 2x8 (me and quinn raced)
