Thanks guys! It has been a crazy week, I had to pinch myself tonight to make sure I wasnt dreaming...haha.
Jared- I actually thought of that at work tonight, if I'm able to do this after a full wk of 2 a days what might happen when I prepare for a meet. I wont lie I kinda got goosebumps when I thought that and then again when I read it. And it's good to hear that I'm able to help ya out too, bc sometimes it I feel greedy bc I ask for ur help/opinion so often, I know u dont mind but that's just how I feel. This training partner relationship is great, 2 way street in a sense, both helping each other. The atmosphere that we create together while training is legit, and sometimes that counts for a lot when you're training hard and as often as we do. Let's keep pushing hard and work our tails off and great things will arise! Remember: "I hate lifting light weight" haha.
Also, tonight while I was working at Jokers, some new goals were running through my head. I'll post them sometime today for everyone to see.
One more thing J-Rod, I'm STARVING!! I know u feel the same!

Power Total - 233
GREAT, GREAT session today. Jared and I were on another level of being focused today. If you would have walked into the gym today while we were training, you would have gotten an instant vibe of hard work, determination, and PR setting attitudes in the air. INSANE!! I failed to realize this, but Jared pointed out a crazy stat, a month ago I totaled 234 at Collegiate Nationals and today I totaled 233 in the power versions. 1 kg shy of my collegiate total, craziness. After hitting such big numbers yesterday, i honestly wasnt sure what today was gonna bring. Boy was I WRONG! Once I got started, I felt awesome! This just shows that the power of the mind is greater then people realize.
BE MENTALLY TOUGH!!

We aren't even done with the 1st week of training haha- and you already increased your power total 17kg, and your snatch 9kg (and clean 5kg)... I'd venture out to say I Belive your full lifts have gone up even more.
It's an exciting time to be starting out on the bulgarian system!!!!
