are most of your evening sessions at USA or THE GYM? actually just break it down, where are most of your morning and evening sessions taking place?

Sorry for the delay simon, morning sessions are at The Gym and it's a mix between The Gym and USA for the evening sessions

Absolutely shot friday, I was being the biggest mental midget. didnt get much sleep thurs night bc i worked at Jokers. Oh well, NO EXCUSES!!

P. Clean & Jerk - up to 120x1, 125x1, 130x1, 135x0 P. Sn - up to 80x1, 90x1, 95x0 BS - up to 170
Tweaked my wrist on the 90 p.sn idk what happened but it didnt feel the best. Jerk felt amazing today! best they've felt in a couple wks.
Tomorrow im gonna post a 2 wk review of my numbers since i've start "THE SYSTEM" haha.

Nice little post Moss. honestly, without performance enhancing drugs it's unlikely that the big weights are gonna happen every day of the week. Sure, it would be awesome to keep going up the ladder every week, but it's more of a roller coaster...I think. You just want the roller coaster to keep getting higher overall. If progress was drawn on a line chart, it wouldn't be a straight line up, it would have ups and downs, but headed in the right direction...up! Great job lately, your progress is sick. You really made leaps and bounds lately.

Good call simon! You're right tho, I'm heading in the right direction, up, and I knew there would be down days, but just mental frustrated friday when it came around. I guess I wasnt mentally prepared for a down day. Oh well, it's gonna happen and its all about I bounce back and respond! Little under 2 wks til Nationals...how ya feeling?

I am feeling good Alex and I am very excited for nationals! I was really close with a 104 snatch yesterday. Day of rest today and I'm back at it heavy this week. Go big or Go home!
