Yesterday was:
Front Squats - up to 175kgx3 Back Squat - up to 175x5 (multiple other sets) Hamstring work, some other random stuff
Just getting back into shape...Give me 2 weeks and I'll be rolling again!

Yesterday: Did lots of sets of both PS and PC PS - up to 115kgx2 PC - up to 145kgx2 BTN Jerks, ABS, Straight Leg Deadlifts, Pullups

Today will be:
AM: Sprints, agility, Plyometric stuff PM: Wrestling for an hour
Program is back to being pretty basic for the time being because of how ridiculously out of shape I am.

Umm, what happened last week..
Friday: Clean & Jerk - 165kg, then some doubles between 140 and 150 (4 doubles) Snatch - up to 115kg Clean Pulls + ABS
Then had to work, and did nothing on the weekend.

Little by little I am gaining motivation to get back & train. It is always dependent on my work schedule, though. I have been so swamped at work it jus kills all motivation when I get home at 9 at night and have been at work since 7am. It just has been rough. I have been squeezing in workouts whenever I can, trying to at least not completely lose everything I haev ever gained. Going to try to hit it hard this week.

Monday: AM - Back Squat - up to 220kgx2x1 Power Snatch - up to 110kgx2x1 Power Clean - up to 140kg
PM: Snatch - up to 130, 132, 135kg, doubles as well Clean&Jerk - up to 150kg Sn Pulls, Sn Deadlifts, other accessories
Tuesday: AM: 220kgx1 Back Squat Power Snatch/Power Clean 110/140
PM: Back Squat - up to 210kgx3 Front Squat - 4x5 working my way up Upper Body Accessories

Wednesday: AM: OFF PM: Power Snatch - triples to 105kg (1 from hang, knee, floor), then up to 120kgx2 Power Clean - triples up to 130kg (1 from hang, knee, floor), then up to 150kgx2 Then back down on PC for a few doubles at 140 Then Step Ups 4x5 each leg, RDL's 3x10, ABS today will be: PM: Wrestling! That is it. Back at it hard friday & saturday. bodyweight is down to 95kg. I was as high as 102kg (225lbS). Wth is wrong with me haha? That's what happens when I work so much & become a normal american eating normal food for 2 weeks! Yikes. Disciplined & hungry again. Excited to see what the next few weeks hold for me

Wrestling yesterday killed me! Haha dang I am sore. My neck feels broken and my shoulder kills. Yikes. I will stil lget after it lifting today. Hoping to clean 175 It's been a while.

Great week so far for me.
Last friday I did end up cleaning 175kg. and snatched 130kg easily. This weeks highlights:
Monday: Snatch 140, then 4x2 Clean&Jerk up to 160kg easy Accessory Work
Tuesday - Front Squat up to 180x3, 185x3, then back squat 4x5 Then accessory work
Wed - Power Snatch up to 130kgx2, some dubs and trips after Power Clean - up to 155kgx2, and 160kgx1 random accessory work, wtd pullups, etc
Thursday - Wrestling
Friday - Big Clean& Jerk day! 180kg?

Recently have done: 142kg snatch and 182kg clean (175kg clean and jerk). 235bs, 205fs. Not feeling too bad! Still gotta get those squats back up up up
