Thanks Connie. Yes, this means wrestling is over. I just am ready to finally move on from it. I started to feel great again on the mat but it is just time to move on to other things in life. UNI is the University of Northern Iowa (the only other division 1 school in Iowa besides Iowa and Iowa State). It is in Cedar Falls, IA. That is where I spent my previous 2 years of school.
Actually- it will be just the opposite. I will actually be going to a LOWER bodyweight for weightlifting... the 85kg category (187lbs). Kind of crazy but I'm right at about 90kg right now (198lbs).

Since you asked so politely I will answer:
Having a bit of a recovery week since it feels like my calves were ripped off and attached back on again. The week and a half before this ran me down quite a bit and I haven't really taken a week to recover since summer so I figured I'd take it a bit easier.

Yessir, I am at UNI already. Yesterday was the first day of classes. Thanks man. I definitely will give you a call next time I am home. It may be a while since my training has started here I don't see myself going home for a long time (interrupting training schedule). Sounds kinda hard @$$ but I need to be very consistent and stick to the schedule yanno?
Thanks.. Also... I edited the post to include pounds. I will put the pounds in parentheses for now on for my main work sets(last sets).

The conversion from KG to lbs is basically 2.2 to 1. (2.2046 to be exact)
25kg=55lbs 50kg=110lbs 75kg= 165lbs 100kg=220lbs 125kg=275lbs 150kg= 330lbs 175kg= 385lbs 200kg= 440lbs
