Gotta question for ya...what where those squats that Rob was doin with the weight hanging between his legs? My guess is the help his bottom position, but not sure. help me dad! haha

No problem Moss. I Was on my phone last night so didnt wanna type out a response lol. but we will keep em coming, they can be pretty comical.
I'm not putting extra pressure on myself to hit 150. I feel I have a really unique mindset in terms to how I approach each training session...and so far it has paid off. Just one workout at a time- and I'll do the best I Feel I am capable of doing in that workout. Can't ask for anything more.
