So far I have interviewed the army team coach, and several of his athletes. The athletes include a 77kg male, 53kg female(18 years old snatch 100 CJ 130), a 48 kg female (snatch 90 CJ 117)and a 75+ female(snatch 120 CJ 150) lifter.
Today the 94kg lifter was doing power clean, power jerks with 190kg!
I will post videos when i get back since China doesn't allow facebook or youtube.

Also yesterday the 94kg lifter snatched triple at 160kg, a double at 170kg, and a single at 175.

Haven't hit any huge numbers since a wrist fracture from back in March. Couple days ago went for 365x20 beltless squatting... failed miserably only hitting 13. Have hit 475 for a couple of doubles and a 500# squat a few weeks ago. yesterday hit some C&Js at 265#
Promise I'll be hitting some big numbers soon!

I have hit 365x20 before, but I had a belt on. yesterday did a full bench workout, then went for max push press push press- 280x1 (tied old PR, and best push press since wrist injury back in march)
I'll go for a 370x20 belted squat tomorrow and let you all know how it goes

Squat wasn't great(having IT band pain) 370x15 last week also push pressed 285x1 NEW PR!! First PR I've set since my wrist injury back in March, so feeling pretty good about it

You have come so far with your overhead strength (as well as your overall strength). I remember you struggling with our empty log the first time you tried it. Keep pushing and never lose the fire. Five pound gains here and there really add up over time.

Thanks Vince! I have gone pretty far looking back. You and Jared showed me the world of strength athletics and I fell in love haha. Still have a long ways to go though.
