Today: was building a cement wall in my parent's back wall and only way to get cement from truck to wall was by taking down about 50yards of stairs/hills. took it by 5 gallon buckets each one weighing about 80#. So long story short:
Farmer's walk: 80# x ~50 hilly yards x ~50 trips

How sore were you afterwards? Are you mainly focused on strongman now? Nice 390x10 man!!!

My calves and traps were really sore for a couple days!
Yes, stongman is my main focus. I still try to incorporate oly lifts in my routine, but have been really scarce on them lately due to hectic schedule.
I want to oly lift a bit more though considering I'm going to China in a month to research the Chinese weightlifting system

I really feel I should be able to power jerk 300, but I had been pretty burned out all week, and I did military press right before power jerk. It's soon to come though

yes it has. my pressing and overhead in general has been going up quite a bit over the past 6 months or so.
Been doing the juggernaut program, and I think it just kinda helps keep me on track and giving me certain numbers I need to hit.
