10-8 7am 3 hours riding bike/running/walking in room to keep body temp up. bw: 199.5
early pm- 1 hour biking/running
Tried the hydration test and failed. He didn't even test it- he said it wasn't even worth it. It was like dark dark apple juice. It was pretty sick. My BW was 197.8 so I wouldn't have made it anyway, but I Wanted to see how close I was to being hydrated. I'll go back in later tonight to get a workout in and try to lose 5lbs., drink about 9-10lbs of water within a hour, get a couple workouts in tmrw and give it another shot.

Thanks Mike.. It'll be fine making it after the initial testing, but just like you said- the first time is always the hardest. Hopefully I can get hydrated fast!

late am 2 hours biking/running

failed the hydration test again but I made weight. Got to drag it on to next week and give it another shot. I am extremely weak right now, I feel terrible. Hopefully after I make it I have some time to rebound.

Last night I drank 10lbs. of water in 45 min. I got told I'd pry pee out 7 of it, then just have to cut the last 3 today. Exactly the opposite happened. I retained 7 of the 10lbs so I Had 7lbs to cut from morning til the test this afternoon. My body just sucked up all that water. Hopefully next week I can finally pass the hydration test and get on the right track
