yessir. Hopefully I make it by the end of this week so I can get eating again. The 3 weeks after that will be nice to adjust to the BW, then it'll be practice everyday so I'll be able to keep it off easier as well. I am just excited to try to make it asap so I can eat a bit again because we'll have practice and such good luck this week bro.i know you'll make the weight.and you have something to look forward to after its all done-EATING!!!

yes, I cut to make the 200lb. division. When I got there they scale said I was 204(which I wasn't... I had weighed on our high school's state certified scale before I left), made the 3 hour trip- and it said I was 204. I then cut the 4lbs.. or how many ever the scale decided it would be in like an hour and a half, then competed about 30 minutes later haha.
so probably 196-200 in all actuality, but, I started the cut from about 214 pry

they say koala bears sleep like 22 hours out of the day (and eat their mom's crap for the first 6 months of their life cause they aren't born with the ability to fight off the toxins.. because the only food grown koala bears eat is poisonous green leaves... haha just a side note), but, besides eating their moms crap they sleep(babies) for like 22.5 hours a day. That is about how much energy I feel like I have right now.

I added another workout up for today above.
Yeah.. its hard to believe on paper but I assure you- it was 2 miles. With zero carbs in 4 days you'd expect me to look like a zombie for 1.6 miles of it. and I accomplished that.

oh man, thats just crazy. both the 2 miles and 0 carbs in 4 days. I tried 0 carb days before and they suck big time.

Its basically been zero calories period. Seriously. You'd think I'd be 180 by now, but since I have been cutting for so long these last pounds are coming off like they are each 6 pounds each, it is insane.
