Yesterday 4-8 workout
Some heavier pull work I haven't done in a while.
Snatch Pulls- 50x3, 80x3, 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 125x2
Clean Pulls- 80x5, 100x3, 130x3, 145x2, 150x3, 160x1
Light DB Bench Triceps/core work.
Fridays workout should take it up again.

I would like to be around 120 + 150 for nationals. I feel like one of those numbers could get me a medal for Snatch or C/J. Maybe not enough for a top three overall placing, but maybe ind. medal.

another absence... Just to fill you in, 2 weeks ago was a recov. week and last week snatched 118 with 120 overhead twice and clean and jerked 147 and cleaned 150 2 times. Im back...again...

wow! Huge week for you, 118/147, with near misses at 120/150. That is some big stuff man. Keep it up. Did you get my message I sent a few weeks back about the internship possibility?
