So basically you train yourself and set up your own prograns- then have a few coaches for your meets? ( I am guessing to help you time your warm ups, encouragement, etc?)

Mostly correct, but now Duane Hansen and Brian Derwin will send my programs via email. So it's a lot like a internet coach, still not perfect but it works.
Lifted on Sat-3/3 @ Derwin's place and had a good day of training,
Rough numbers were Snatch-115 Clean and Jerk 142 Front Squat- 160

March 5th Morning workout
Snatch-50x3, 50x3, 70x2, 85x2, 95x1, 102x1, 105x1, 90x1, 95x1, 95x1, 100x1 Shoulder felt funky and wasn't getting the bar back.
Back Squat-50x3, 100x3, 150x2, 170x1, 155x1, 165x1, 175x1, 182x1 Miss, 165x1, 175x1, 180x1, 182x1 Miss, 150x5.
Working in waves a little more, work up/bring it back= one wave, so on and so forth. We will see how it feels tonight...

That's great to hear you're getting more coaching. You've accomplished a phenomenal amount with very little of it, but I imagine it will help a lot.
My brother (who lives in TX) is getting weightlifting help from me and Roger from afar and he calls it his "weightlifting correspondence course".

C+J- Wave #1:50x3, 80x3, 100x2, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1 Wave #2: 120x1, 130x1, 140x1, 147x1 miss jerk Wave #3: (Full Clean+Full Squat+Jerk)- 110x1, 120x1, 130x1, 135x1, 140x1 Wanted to die after...
Front Squat- 50x3, 100x3, 120x2, 140x1, 150x1, 160x1 Jerk Dips(think of quater sqt with a burst)- 100x3, 140x3, 155x3- again wanted to die.

The waves are a bit new, i have done them before but without the intesity and going back up so high. It is a Bulgarian practice I know, and it feels like it. Although today I am feeling pretty good. Yeah coaches did this, this past weekend so I gave it a swing...

Ahh Today was a bit lighter, also my shoulder was feeling funky funky again.
Snatch- 50x3, 80x3, 95x2, 95x2, 95x2, 105x1 Power Clean- 50x3, 90x3, 110x2, 120x1, 120x1 Light core.
BAM DONE.

First workout this morning 4/7 Snatch- 50x3, 50x3, 70x3, 85x2, 95x1, 102x1, 107x1, 110x1, 100x2 Fr Sqt.- 70x3, 100x3, 120x2, 135x2, 145x1, 150x1, 160x1, 145x1
Going to try to start resting the shoulder more. Not taking snatch up to far after this one and taking easy with jerks as well.

WHat part of your shoulder is it? Gosh- this forum must be bad luck (3 guys with sore shoulders.. which is a high % of the total forum members haha!)

BS- 70x3, 120x3, 150x3, 150x2, 170x1, 180x1, 190x1, 195x1 miss. 150x2 190 ties a old max. (nice to do it at the 2nd workout at the end.)
Hyper-ext. work Tri-work.
All done for the day. Ready to recover tonight.
