Thanks man... I appreciate it. I hope so- I just need to hit it hard a few more weeks on a few events and then rest up... Thanks again for the encouragement!
6-6 farmers- 110x50',200x50',245x50',302x50',332x35' 2 drops, 332x 10' a drop Press Medley- warm up on all, 285 Log, 302 Axle, 142 DB x2, 280 axlex2 tire flip 780lbs- a few flips, then x10, x11- but slow stones- tried to do them- just wasn't working, loaded a few
Overall felt pretty solid. back was pretty dang tired from farmers and tire flip... Felt good but can still I need the remaining 4 weeks to peak- but I am right where I need to be 4 weeks out.. will hammer away on the farmers, tire flip, and medley, and hopefully it'll all come together 4 weeks from today!
It was good training with everyone..Travis, Chris K., Chris M., and Vince.. we went up to MN to train with those guys.. It was a pretty good session- definitely glad we made the trip up there.

Thanks!

5-10
Hit me like a ton of bricks over the weekend/first part of the week how overtrained I am. Phew. just no energy, not even that sore- but completely run down, no appetite, not sleeping well at all... just everything hit at once. Got to the gym today, got all work done in 45 minutes and got out.
Warm up(hanging leg raises, deadlifts) snatch pulls-135,220x3x5 push presses- 135, 195x3, 220x3, 253x2, 286x1, 308x1 all easy Back Squats- 135xa lot, 220xsome,286x5,352x3,396x3,352x3 Hanging Leg Raises- 6x8 few other odds and ends
Wanted to get in and get out. Wanted a lighter workout, but very short rests and at least decent weights... Felt decently explosive.. but knew I needed to keep it light to give myself a break. Glad the overtraining is all happening now, I was just running myself completely into the ground. I caught it so I can adjust...whereas if it was 1 or 2 weeks out I'd be doomed.

Very good workout on the bike...unbelievable how much you lose all aerobic abilities after not doing it much

haha I did like 5.6 miles in 15 minutes.. the first 3 minutes were just above 60rpm, next 2 minutes above 70rpm, next minute about 80rpm, then I did sprints followed by rest periods that were still above 60rpms. Forcing yourself to recover while still going is dang tough, but awesome. I was beat by the end.

Log Press- very light Axle Press- very light Farmers Holds- up to 320x2 sets, very slick handles 250lb. Sandbag- did some work with this
That's it. Wanted to get a little bit of work in but knew I needed to back off. Got what I wanted to accomplished.
