5-14
Short Warm-Up 135x deads, clean pulls, power jerks Cleans- 135xsome,185x3,220x3,242x3,264x3 Deadlifts- 308x3,396x1,440x1,495x1,519x1,396x2x8,308x2x10,220x12
Short and sweet. Done is less than pry 30 mins including warm ups. Felt very tired afterwards, yet energetic. Low back was super tight because the sets were done with such short rest, but, I needed a good DL session as its my last heavier one. Everything is beltless unless I say different... Very explosive on both lifts today, very happy with it.

Thanks. Did not take any rest on the cleans... As soon as I loaded I went.. no chalk, nothing... Deadlifts I was taking maybe 30s between sets. My low back was just pumped like crazy- not sure its ever felt like that- a good feeling.

I simply did it because I wanted to keep my time down in the gym.. because I am still recovering a bit. For overall conditioning you can do shorter rests.. but for strength/size gains generally you are going to want to take 30s-1m rest and go at it again. A good measure for any time is go do the set when you just about catch your breath.. don't catch your breath completely.
Generally once a week I will cut my rest periods down.. but my morning workouts are generally my conditioning ones... Stick with your 1m rest periods... If you are pressed for time, or if you feel like you want to switch it up again, you can mess with your rest periods. IT adds a cardio aspect to it... but when I am doing cardio on the side I don't really need that together...

No idea what is up with me over the last 3 weeks or so. I really feel like I am in way too deep as far as overtraining goes... Trying to be as smart about it as possible.
