Not real heavy today but felt good to do something CJ- to 115x1, 110x3x1, 100x3x1 SN- 100x5x1 SN Deadlift- up to 175x1(PR) 150x1x5
All Muscles are really loose with no training all week so the DL pr came with fresh legs

I am disappointed in my performance, 2 for 6 is not acceptable especially when I totaled 19kg under my best. But I did take away a lot from the experience, I learned that the situation is so much different then the competitions i had done prior to this one. The time in between attempts was much longer so next time i will be better prepared for having almost 10minutes between my snatch attempts. I also had a lot of trouble getting focused once i was on the platform and I think that will just come with more experience. From here my next big meet with be the American Open in December, I am moving to chicago in May and continue my training at windy city wlc were I plan to train with some good athletes and really enhance me own abilities.
American Open --> 115-140-255 I have no doubt this will happen

Back at it after taking a week off to help my back out, well it was somewhat of a week off...i did not go heavy anyways
SN- 100x5x1 CJ- 110x8x2 PJerk Recovery- 140x5x3 Hanging Leg Raise- 4x10
Did not go real heavy, I just went to 90% and stayed there, did alot of CJ because I skipped F.Sq to do it today, I will be doing oly lifts on MWF and doing pure Strength Training on TTH to give my back some rest so i doesnt get back to the point were it was.

How did ya feel about your performance? 4/6 ain't bad. Woulda had a pretty dang special meet with those 3rd attempts. Did you lift at 77kg? Give us a rundown...

Overall I was pleased with the Meet, I am sick of cutting weight so for this one I just competed at 85kg, I weighed in with all of my clothes on at 81.4 which seems to be my normal training weight. Snatch was good, I hit my first two then I wanted to go for a pr so I went to 110 and I had it just a little forward. CJ wasnt bad, my knees where feeling pretty shitty so i did not go for a pr my last attempt even though that was my plan. I hit 125 but im pretty sure I pressed a bit but still counted.
NOW, its time to concentrate on the American Open, like i mentioned before I plan on hitting 255 (115-140), Ill be moving to Chicago May 16th and I plan on Training with Windy City WLC and possibly training out at Superior Athletic Performance in Barrington once in awhile after meeting boone this weekend.
