Just Trying to Cut down so I can qualify at 77 on Saturday. The stairclimber seemed like the least terrible form of cardio and I was right it wasnt that bad and after 76.6! time to maintain and keep my energy up

SN- 93-97-100 CJ- 110-115-120miss
Total: 215kg
I am happy with today, and shows I still need alot of work, but good to see my efforts so far have gotten me a point where i can say there is alot of room for improvement, but also I can see much improvement over the last meet.
CJ needs alot of work but i think i finally am comfortable with it so I can really start to improve without changing a bunch of things everyday I lift. I am starting AM/PM splits starting next week on days that my schedule allows.
MY mind is 100% focused on 244 and Nationals, which is in IOWA this year.
Here is a video of today, I taped everyone who lifts regularly at USA too but this is all I've put together from today, Again shows a lot of flaws but also potential

Terrific lifting. You are becoming a very good technician, there was no wavering on any of those snatches. I'm not betting against you qualifying for Senior Nats.

Terrific lifting. You are becoming a very good technician, there was no wavering on any of those snatches. I'm not betting against you qualifying for Senior Nats. Appreciate that, after my disappointing showing in my last competition I decided to really work on technique and that has givin me a very good base to build off of now. I fully expect to make huge gains in the coming weeks. That being said, here's today's training. SN- up to 95x1, 97x1, 99x1, 88x3x2 CJ- up to 110x3x1, 100x3x2 SQ- 155x3x1, 148x3x3 Back hyperextension- 5x10

What is your max clean? You can PC all those weights- and you basically are. I just wonder because you are pulling the bar so dang high...

I have no idea what I can regular clean right now, honestly i only ever get up to what I CJ, but I know I can clean 130-140.
Must have been just something about competing, because i really overpulled all of them but I have never pc 120 and in the video I did it without an issue. Adrenaline was high! haha
I think tomorrow i might max on CJ and then continue on clean to see what I would maxout at
