I've only heard of one person doing it the other way.....ever. Every other training journal on this site is done the other way... haha just saying so I know I am not the sole person haha. Also, I know 90% of the threads I have seen on Marunde are done the other way (setsxreps). I have no idea what is the actual universally accepted way, I just know when I first started following peoples journals that they wre all setsxreps so I followed suit.

and I know you read Marunde... Bracewell is really the only guy I could find that does it the other way on the 20+ logs that I clicked haha. I really don't care how ppl put there's- to each their own!

Well now I have to check.....
I know all the journals I had for lifting in college were the way I've been doing it. It makes alot of sense to me. I'll have to check some more journals, I honestly think all the ones I read are that way. And you can't count everyone on this site, they're all drinking the same Ender kool-aide:)

haha It's all good. I just love messing with vdecke about it because he always gets defensive. It's kind of cute. haha!
I will start posting mine the opposite way and see if I stick with it. I bet after one day I will feel dyslexic and stop though haha!

12/6:
Back squat - up to 315x2 Push press - up to 225x1
This was just "one of those nights". Had some things on the mind and it kind of affected the WO. Shoulda done more than 1 rep with 225 but just felt a little achey and pathetic.
