P Snatch - up to 165 for 2 singles Snatch pulls - up to 225x3x2 Back squats - up to 275x2x2 (even though it isn't necessary because the reps and sets were the same, the spirit in which I wrote this was reps x sets - I will not give up that battle), 275x5
