Db Bench Press- 20*10, 40*10,60*10,80*10,100*10,120*7 Incline Bench-225*5,275*5*2 Shoulder Press, 135*10,205,255,135*20 Shoulder Ab/ex-35*5,40*5,45*5
Got called out by some scrub when finished and he was just done with warmups-275 on smith machine incline *10....fuckin idiot got it 4 times
