Event days are always fun to look forward to. There's always a fine line during the week of getting good work in vs. doing too much to where you're sore as heck for event day. I'm sure you'll find it soon (it took me forever to find that balance).

Event day
Axle Press up to 250*4 Tire Flip (750) 3* then 6 195 pound axle press Tire Flip 4* 6 195 axles Stone over bar- 260*4, 285*4, 330*1 (got 2nd one up to bar just couldnt roll it over.
Never touched the 330 stone before so it was a good overall day.

holy cow man- good job on the events. I wish I had more time this weekend I would have liked to meet you up there (I was in pine island, rochester, and st. paul).
hitting a 330 stone on your first time touching it is pretty sick honestly- it took me FOREVER to load a 330 stone.

Light back/biceps today....feel burnt out.....Bill Kaz will be in lax Oct 4th speaking...Ymca contest on the 9TH of Oct extremely light weights ...will be funny...

Some of my goals are just to be a well rounded strongman...I'm really just trying to stay pretty fresh for event days right now...I would like to get weight up about 5 pounds and then maintain...I was thinking about powerlifting over the winter but we will see....just in case I have to maintain my bp, squat, and dl..

Yea sometimes I have to force myself to take a day or two off, but I hate breaking my routine so instead I just do two or three cycles of light work.
