thank, put enough horse grade capsiacin to kill one on my back and went after it. Ended up being a good workout. I gotta say, I bought an e-stim tens units at last years Arnold, best investment I've made into my training. I struggled to walk on Sunday, and got through a very hard pressing workout today of over 30 working sets. Now that is no deadlifting or squatting day....but it is getting there. Check out the tens unit- www.got-pain.com Tonights training- www.midwestvikingbarbell.comBTW- I get nothing from the stim people. Also, the arnold price was 190 dollars cheaper, but the price on the website would be worth it too. Pricey, but its really been a life saver....going to hook up now.

Way to push through it. I'm glad you took a positive approach to it and didn't let it drag you down. Man with all that volume and consistency in your training you are going to really lean up, add some lean muscle, and be strong!!

thanks Vince! I need to get the back right...but I can feel some big numbers coming. You know when things just start "feeling" easier. I'll get my back right then start dropping some numbers in the books. Tonights training: www.midwestvikingbarbell.comBTW- I wanted to post a supplement review of Nutrabolics product "Isogainer" in my log. I actually got some free product, but will be reordering through Enderton Strength of course. Its a higher cal. shake at 691 cal/serving. Macro breakdown- Pro-60g Carb-88g Fat-11g All high quality protein and mostly barley and oats for the carb sources with flaxseed powder for the fats. I've been adding in flax seed oil (1 tablespoon) to add an additional 120 cal and make the shake a little more creamy (as I mix in water, milk would taste even better). But I've now tried all the flavors and they are all good. But the Rasberry yogurt may be the best tasting shake I've ever had. It tastes like rasberry ice cream. For those looking to gain some LBS I strongly recomend this product. I've been having 3 full servings a day and have been enjoying seeing the scale read a little more each week:)

BTW-
Is anyone else get confused at the logs on this site now? I started out on a journey to nationals, and now tit is on a road to nationals. I think I've clicked his log like 4 times to get to mine:)
Maybe I should ask him where the road is and take an easier route then my "journey".

I feel really good. I'm holding more fat then I'd like. The calipers are saying 15%, but I think that is a little low based on expierience, I'm guessing more like 17%. I'd really like to steadily lower the bodyfat over the next year to 10% while maintaining this weight. Whats crazy is at this high of a BW my daily weight fluctuates 12 lbs based on water retention. I've actually been as high as 305.5 on the scale.
But our workout pace has been very fast, and I think my wind is OK. I haven't been training events or doing any cardio for the first time in a long time, but short rest periods has overcome much of that. I'm not ready for a 3 part medley right now, but I could complete it.

Thanks, I've got the goal setting down, its the celebrating making a goal thing I suck at!
As for the program, I just need to get on an enderton type program, one where you make continual progress for 8 months with no more then 1 bad week in there:)
