Well so far the training program has been following a block periodization program. But with some twists on excercises and set/reps etc. It has been very hard and very high volume. My work capacity is increasing rapidly and I know I'll add muscle during this phase of the program. So far I like it a lot.
The diet plan I am actually starting today, so far so good. I basically have two days eating wise, days I train, and non training days. I will be interesting to see. I am starting his diet plan at 293.5 this morning.

www.midwestvikingbarbell.comThanks Jared. I wish I could post the sets/reps, the workouts are pretty high volume. Been going great though, by BW is certainly responding. It is going to be interesting to see where everything lands.

He doesn't recomend a pre-workout drink, which I've been taking. And he thought I should limit caffeine to a couple cups of coffee, so I just took it out of my day. He thought all the caffeine was probably messing with my appetite and hydration levels, both things I've noticed a marked improvement on.
And thanks for the compliment,
I WILL-
Deadlift 700 in 2010. OH Press 340 in 2010.
I believe when I accomplish those two goals good things will start happening. I think I need to DL 750+ to discuss winning pro cards, but I think those numbers, added to my current strengths would put me in the discussion of qualifying for the Arnold. Which I would like to do next year.

What are your current PR's in the DL and OH press? ARe you talking any way possible overhead or specifically a jerk/pp? or?

current PR's- 645 dead, 320 12" log (haven't maxed on any other OH in about 18 months.
The OH I am saying any way possible. But I am going to hit that number on an axle c&p/ or a log c&p, depending on which one I'm training more at the time.
Also, I've got some crap DL form, and I may actually be at 700 now if I get it figured out. But either way, its going up in 2010.

I think that is very reasonable in 4+ months. This program will run you until the middle of November, correct? It's good to see you are very encouraged and ambitious right now, you should be, because you can go very far!
